Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all clients, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows enough time to offer your appointment to another client.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits may be transferred one time when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
